Your organization uses a disciplinary point system to track employee infractions. By using this system, your organization is able to ensure consistency and predictability in the implementation of the company's progressive disciplinary system (DPS).

All infractions are assigned a point value, and the accumulation of points trigger specific disciplinary actions, up to and including termination.
